Back Translations
This is the translation of translated material back into the original language.
Purpose: It ensures the translation conveys the idea and message intended.
It does not, however, show typos, grammar issues, quality of the translation or style.
Editing
This is the process of comparing the translated file against the source text to obtain corrective feedback on grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, cultural nuances, style, consistency and accuracy.
Purpose: To produce a polished, concise document free of errors that reads as if it had been originally written in the target language.
Online Checking
This is where we check the survey online prior to going live to catch any typo or issue that might not had been caught during the editing process.
Purpose: To ensure that the online survey looks perfect to your target market when it is launched.
Translation of Verbatims/Open Ended Answers
After all the data has been gathered, we can translate the answers to the open-ended questions into English.
Audio Transcriptions
This is the process of capturing speech (text or live) into a written or electronic text format.
We can transcribe and translate your one-on-one interviews or focus groups from any language into English. All our work is done entirely by humans and not computer speech recognition, which results in poor quality transcriptions.
